Move more, every day.

When is National Physical Fitness and Sports Month?
From May 1 to May 31.
What is National Physical Fitness and Sports Month?
National Physical Fitness and Sports Month fills May with a call to get moving, whether through team sports, a daily walk or a new workout. Presidents have proclaimed it every year since 1983, and it is led by the President's Council on Sports, Fitness and Nutrition, which traces back to the youth fitness council President Eisenhower created in 1956. US guidelines recommend at least 150 minutes of moderate activity a week for adults and an hour a day for children, and schools, gyms and parks run events to help people get there.
