Mental Health Awareness Month
It's okay to not be okay.

When is Mental Health Awareness Month?
From May 1 to May 31.
What is Mental Health Awareness Month?
Mental Health Awareness Month in May works to break the silence around mental illness and help people find support early. Mental Health America started the observance in 1949, and today about one in five American adults lives with a mental health condition in any given year. People wear green ribbons, share their stories and learn about resources such as the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, which anyone in the US can call or text.
