Manuary
Grow the beard. Beat the cancer.
When is Manuary?
From January 1 to January 31.
What is Manuary?
Manuary is a January campaign in which men grow out their beards and moustaches through the coldest month, a follow-up to Movember. Participants use the challenge to start conversations about men's health and to raise money for related charities. It is also a light-hearted way to ease into the new year, and a reminder to book the health check-ups many men put off.
