International Choreographers Day
Every move tells a story.
When is International Choreographers Day?
Every year on January 9.
What is International Choreographers Day?
International Choreographers Day honors the creators behind every dance, from Broadway and film to television and concert stages. From Jean-Georges Noverre, the father of modern ballet, to today's Tony and Emmy winners, choreographers shape how the world moves. The day celebrates their craft, vision, and the joy their work brings to millions.
