Dry January
Reset, refresh, rethink.

When is Dry January?
From January 1 to January 31.
What is Dry January?
Dry January is a month-long break from alcohol that began in the UK in 2013, launched by the charity now called Alcohol Change UK. It has since spread to many countries as a way to reset after the indulgence of the holidays. Many participants report better sleep, more energy and money saved, and the month often prompts people to rethink their drinking habits for the rest of the year.
