Heritage Treasures Day
Protect the past, inspire the future.
When is Heritage Treasures Day?
Every year on January 11.
What is Heritage Treasures Day?
Heritage Treasures Day raises awareness of the artifacts, monuments, and traditions that connect us to the past. Established by the Heritage Lottery Fund in the UK, the day promotes preservation of archaeological sites, museum collections, and historic architecture. It's a reminder that our shared history shapes who we are and deserves to be protected for future generations.
How to celebrate
Mark the day with a poster made in Dayfeed — pick your favourite photo as the background, share it to your story or group chat, and set a reminder so you never miss it next year.
