World Care Day
Seen, not saved.

When is World Care Day?
Every year on February 14.
What is World Care Day?
World Care Day, founded in Australia by the Create Foundation and now observed in dozens of countries, raises a voice for children and young people who cannot live with their families — in foster care, kinship care, residential care, or aging out of it. The day centres care-experienced young people, who design the campaigns and tell the world what helped and what didn't, and pushes governments and communities to listen to them when child welfare policy is being shaped. It is a day about being seen, not saved.
How to celebrate
Mark the day with a poster made in Dayfeed — pick your favourite photo as the background, share it to your story or group chat, and set a reminder so you never miss it next year.
