Bill of Rights Day
Read it again.

When is Bill of Rights Day?
Every year on December 15.
What is Bill of Rights Day?
Bill of Rights Day on December 15 marks the ratification in 1791 of the first ten amendments to the US Constitution, known as the Bill of Rights. They protect freedoms such as speech, religion, the press and assembly, the right to a fair trial, and protection from unreasonable searches. President Franklin D. Roosevelt proclaimed the first Bill of Rights Day in 1941, on its 150th anniversary, and schools and libraries mark it with readings and debates on how these rights apply today.
