Today
When is Geek Pride Day?
Every year on May 25.
What is Geek Pride Day?
Geek Pride Day (May 25) celebrates geek culture and encourages everyone to embrace their inner geek. May 25 was chosen to coincide with the release of Star Wars in 1977 and Towel Day (Hitchhiker's Guide) — two beloved geek touchstones.
How to celebrate
Mark the day with a poster made in Dayfeed — pick your favourite photo as the background, share it to your story or group chat, and set a reminder so you never miss it next year.
