American Heart Month
Love your heart, it loves you back.

When is American Heart Month?
From February 1 to February 28.
What is American Heart Month?
American Heart Month in February raises awareness of heart disease, the leading cause of death in the United States for both men and women. President Lyndon B. Johnson issued the first proclamation in 1964, and Congress has asked every president since to renew it. The first Friday of February is National Wear Red Day, and the month encourages blood pressure checks, CPR training and heart-healthy habits.
