When is National Park Week?
From April 19 to April 27.
What is National Park Week?
National Park Week each April invites everyone to explore America's national parks, from Yellowstone, the world's first national park, to historic sites in the heart of cities. The National Park Service cares for more than 400 sites that welcome over 300 million visits a year. Entrance is free at every park on the week's opening day, and rangers lead walks, junior ranger programmes and volunteer projects throughout.
