National Body Care Day
Your skin is your largest organ. Care for it.

When is National Body Care Day?
Every year on April 5.
What is National Body Care Day?
National Body Care Day, observed each April 5, was founded in 2018 by Kayo Body Care to highlight the importance of caring for the skin beyond the face — the body's largest organ. The day traces its roots much further back, to the Egyptians and Romans who built elaborate public baths around the idea that cleanliness was both a health practice and a spiritual one. Today, the day is a friendly nudge to indulge in self-care: roll out the yoga mat, run a bath, slather on a new lotion, host a pampering party with friends, or just cook a meal that loves your body back. Skincare of the whole body, the founders argue, is not vanity — it is a basic human right worth protecting from pollution, sun and modern neglect.
