One human family.

When is International Day of Human Fraternity?
Every year on February 4.
What is International Day of Human Fraternity?
The International Day of Human Fraternity on February 4 was proclaimed by the UN General Assembly in 2020 and first observed in 2021. The date recalls February 4, 2019, when Pope Francis and the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, Ahmed el-Tayeb, signed the Document on Human Fraternity for World Peace and Living Together in Abu Dhabi. The day promotes dialogue, tolerance and mutual respect between people of different faiths and cultures, and is marked with interfaith meetings, lectures and the Zayed Award for Human Fraternity.
