Dates Day
Sweet, ancient and everywhere.
When is Dates Day?
Every year on September 15.
What is Dates Day?
The date palm has fed and shaded the Middle East and North Africa for thousands of years, and its fruit remains a staple of hospitality, celebration and the daily iftar table. Khudri, Medjool and Deglet Nour are only three of hundreds of varieties.
How to celebrate
Mark the day with a poster made in Dayfeed — pick your favourite photo as the background, share it to your story or group chat, and set a reminder so you never miss it next year.
