What is National Women Touched by Addiction Day?
National Women Touched by Addiction Day honors women who have faced addiction themselves or supported loved ones through recovery. It works to reduce stigma, share stories of resilience, and create compassionate space for healing. Founded in 2021 by Mending Hearts, a Nashville nonprofit, it grew from their mission to house and support women in recovery.
