International Color Day
See the world in color.

When is International Color Day?
Every year on March 21.
What is International Color Day?
International Color Day, observed since 2009 on the spring equinox and founded by the International Color Association, invites people to slow down and appreciate how color shapes science, design, perception, and everyday life. First proposed by the Portuguese Color Association in 2008, the day bridges art, physics, biology, and culture under one shared symbol: the eye, half rainbow, half shadow.
How to celebrate
Mark the day with a poster made in Dayfeed — pick your favourite photo as the background, share it to your story or group chat, and set a reminder so you never miss it next year.
