Forefathers' Day
The first Thanksgiving.

When is Forefathers' Day?
Every year on December 22.
What is Forefathers' Day?
Forefathers' Day on December 22 commemorates the landing of the Pilgrims at Plymouth, Massachusetts, in December 1620. The Old Colony Club of Plymouth first marked it in 1769, and an error when converting the date from the old Julian calendar fixed the celebration on the 22nd rather than the 21st. In Plymouth the club still marks the day with a dawn procession, a cannon salute and a traditional dinner that includes succotash.
