What is Dream Big Day?
Dream Big Day, held on the last Friday of June, inspires children to explore their interests, break down barriers, and imagine ambitious futures. Organized by Careermap and sponsored by Pearson, Barclays, and Lifeskills, the day connects UK employers with primary schools to bring real-world career education to young learners. Research shows children's career aspirations narrow dramatically by age seven — so introducing diverse possibilities early makes a lasting difference.
