What is Solidarity Day in Chile?
Solidarity Day in Chile began in 1978 when Cardinal Raúl Silva Henríquez launched a nationwide drive to collect food, clothing, and essentials for struggling families. Nearly five decades later, it remains a cherished tradition that unites Chileans in collective compassion and support for those facing hardship.
