What is National Princess Week?
National Princess Week, the last full Sunday-to-Saturday week of April each year, was founded in 2012 by Disney, Target, and Julie Andrews to celebrate the qualities — kindness, courage, grace, imagination — that every princess embodies. The week encourages dress-up play, royal tea parties, dream boards, and especially acts of kindness, framing the celebration as an empowering invitation rather than a glitter-centric one.
