ADHD Awareness Month
Real brains. Real lives.

When is ADHD Awareness Month?
From October 1 to October 31.
What is ADHD Awareness Month?
ADHD Awareness Month, observed every October, raises understanding of Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder and the millions of adults and children who live with it. Across the month, ADHD advocacy groups, healthcare providers, educators and employers run screening campaigns, talks and resource drives that reframe ADHD away from stereotypes and toward support, treatment and acceptance. The month's message: ADHD is a real, often life-long difference in how the brain regulates attention, emotion and impulse — and people who have it build, create and lead every day.
