Thank your local techie.
When is National Techies Day?
Every year on October 2.
What is National Techies Day?
National Techies Day honors the people who keep computers, networks, and every connected device in our lives running smoothly. Founded in 1998 by techies.com with CNET Networks to introduce high school students to careers in technology, the day reminds us to thank the IT pros in our offices and lives — and to celebrate the curiosity that drives the tech world forward.
How to celebrate
Mark the day with a poster made in Dayfeed — pick your favourite photo as the background, share it to your story or group chat, and set a reminder so you never miss it next year.
