Matchmakers pre-screen for compatibility in ways no app can match, and they carry awkward conversations and fragile confidence for their clients. The day is a low-stakes chance to thank whoever set you up, play Cupid between two single friends, host a mixer, or share your own love story inspired by someone else's match.
